Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)客户质量工程师
This position is responsible for customer quality issue, and supporting all customer QA data requests.

Provide and manage customers RFIs (Request for Information), by facilitating cross-department supports as needed.组织跨部门的合作,提供和管理客户需求信息

Requirements岗位要求:

Knowledge of IC quality, JEDEC testing methods and standards.熟悉集成电路质量知识, JEDEC测试方法和标准

Understanding of statistical and engineering skills to enable interaction with various engineers.熟悉统计学和工程知识

Strong English skills, to clearly organize and articulate information and persuasively deliver difficult information internally and to customers.较强的英文能力,能清晰准确将信息传递给内部和外部客户

2、Sales Operations Specialist
本岗位要求精通Excel,熟练使用Excel建模及数据分析。
Responsibilities:
1.Build up the model for customer forecast/demand and on-time delivery analysis;
2.Set up Pre-warning System to management for business performance tracking or decision making;
3.Lead efforts to improve other processes that enable improved Sales Operation process e.g. improving order management and customer commit processes;
4.Lead root cause problem solving on key exceptions and identify ideas to improve respective processes of forecasting, planning and scheduling. Manage the improvement ideas pipeline;
5.Set up a reasonable mode for internal operation and improve business process to ensure an efficient information flow;
6.Provide other technical support to sales operation team in case of any needs;
7.Perform upper management instruction on time, on target;
Requirement:
1.Computer skills in Microsoft applications; Strong MS Excel competency is required.
2.Strong organizational, planning, control, coordination and interpersonal skills, adaptability;
3.A clear systematic & analytical thinker, who is process orientated, customer-oriented and strong sense of responsibility;
4.Be familiar with modeling for sales operation management;
5.Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading and listening;
